Kindly help..
I filled up the form for may 2017 by attaching certificate of service.. In certificate of service, I took the member name, signature, and membership number.. But I forgot to take the official seal or stamp of member and I uploaded
.. What to do.. It's urgent..

No problem don't worry, if he has put the Membership number that is sufficient. Now get back to books.
