16 May 2015 yes as u giving a wrong section refrence no and hence no marks may be awarded to you.

16 May 2015 In my view if you have quoted wrong section but mentioned the correct provision some marks will be awarded to you and it can not be treated as wrong answer. But always try to quote sections only if you are sure about it.
