Hi... I am a final student on 26th I have taken the DD. I can send the exam application form only on 28th i.e..monday after signing. It took two days to reach the exam form to New Delhi. can I do like that?
the rule says that completed forms must REACH institute on or before 28th feb. instead i would recommend u to submit the form in one of the regional offices of ICAI (if there is one in ur city). otherwise u must make the DD including late fee.
