Exam form not signed coz principal out of country

25 August 2014 Hi all, is there any remedy when principal is out of country and has thereby not signed article ship completion certificate (addendum to exam form) and the same May be signed and submitted before 4th sept but by hand.. He'll return on Aug 31st or Sept 1st... Thereafter signing and submission. If I put it in speed post, it might reach beyond 4th sept.Tks in advance

25 August 2014 the ans is no u can ask ur principal to take a print and then send it to u via courier from there.
