respected sir, I wanted to know whether the correctons are very tough because I can write the sections but dont remember court cases.........also I cant reproduce the same language as that of the study module..........am very clear conceptually but am not good in remembering .........I need ur help ..........plzz advice........ Thank You

Its better if u can write the sections.... if u cannot write the case laws its ok... coz not writing is better than writing wrong.. also, institute is in hunt of students who are conceptually clear.. if u are able to covey ur concept in ur own words, and upto satisfactory level of the examiner, language of the study module will not matter.... u need to remember the concepts well though... all the best...
