18 August 2010 GOOD MORNING I HAVE PASSED PCC AND I HAVE COMPLETED TRAINING OF 3 YEARS AS ON 20/08/2010 AND AS PER THE NOTIFICATION ISSUED BY ICAI I AM ELIGIBLE FOR FINAL EXAM BUT MY QUESTION IS WHETHER I HAVE TO FILE FORM-108 FOR NOV ATTEMPT
