28 September 2013 sir I want conversion from ipcc to direct entry scheme so plz tell me that when I have to submit the conversion form and I have to join articlesip to appear for nov. 14 exam?

If you have completed ITT and OP then you should have to register before 31.01.2014 to appear in Nov 2014 attempt.

Other wise you take registration as soon as possible and comply all formalities to appear in Nov, 2014 attempt.
