26 December 2011 I Am student of Ca Final and My exam is due in May2012 And i am confused whether new direct tax code would be applicabe for my exam


Please suggest me from which exam it would be applicable

DTC will not be applicable to you attempt. Rather you shopuld first b ready to face GST. As per ICAI norms, amendments in any law within immediate six months before exams are not relevant for that particular attempt.
