I HAVE SOLD/ SEND GOODS RS. 150000/- WITHIN STATE IN MAHARASHTRA (DISTANCE OF MY OFFICE TO BUYER OFFICE IS 8 KM). EWAY BILL IS COMPULSORY OR NOT. PLS HELP.

Yes E way bill is compulsory, the exemption upto 10 km is available only in case of transport of goods from seller's place to the transporter place for the purpose of further transportation and in that case also, Part A is required to be generated.
