freinds, while signing the balance sheet of company it is written that balance sheet of even date what is meaning of even date balance sheet.

The exact wordings are "This is the Balance Sheet referred to in our report of even date"
So it means the audit report, not balancesheet, of even date. normally audit report and financial statements are signed on the same date. the even date means this.
