Kindly let me know, how to make EURO payment to Austria( Europe) for Software purchase for Project licence.

# FORM 15CA SIGNED BY CA
# FORM 15CB FILED ON NSDL SITE.
# FILL FORM A2 AND PROVIDE ALL BENEFICIERIES DETAILS TO MAKE THE PAYMENT.
# REQUEST LETTER ON PRESCRIBED FORMAT TO BANK
# FEMA DECLARATION LETTER ( IF REQUIRED BY BANK)

Since this is import of license so no TDS is required to be deducted whether inspite of this Form 15 CA is required
