Can old system of filing etds return through nsdl n traces n uploading in facilitation center be followed?

11 May 2016 No, its not mandatory. It is optional yet,you can file tds return by both means. So you can follow old system

11 May 2016 This facility for filling through income tax efilling website is not mandatory but it useful for the person who has registered their DSC in efilling portal can upload their tds return without going to NSDL Centers.
