etds error

12 August 2009 Hi everybody

i am getting this error when im trying to validate the etds thrugh rpu

"T-FV-1010 Valid TAN/TFC Id must be provided"

Kindly do the needful

Actually i entered the correct Tan n Pan eventhen its showing the same
