What are the impacts under taxation law if there is a shift from Managerial Stock option plan to Employees Stock Option Plan? whether there is any capital gain arising on it?

Suparna where have u heard this term managerial stock option. In view of SEBI Guidlines there is such option ESOP only is there. Anyway there will be No impact under I. T. Act since u can see there is no Transfer Of Asset as required by charging sec. 48.
