09 April 2009 We are sending material for sub-contracting, and sub-contractor charge labour charges for that.

Whether ESIC is applicable on these conditions?

and on what percentage?

and on what amount?

09 April 2009 you can ask for ESIC no. of sub contractor and take a copy of registration certificate of sub contractor.
