13 April 2010 Hi,

Is there any Provision Related Expense,if we are paying any Vendor we have to Deduct ESIC, If that vendor is not paying any ESIC.or Related that such Provision.

Please Suggest Me

13 April 2010 in the case of supply of labour, if the employer does not deduct and remit ESI, then the company using the services of the labourers may be held liable.

so if u r using the services of any contract labourers, ensure the original employer has deducted ESI, else u can deduct the related employee and employer contribution from payments made to him.
