we are corporate ,we have appoint 20 marketing people as marketing contractor and provide business auxiliary service they are raise separate marketing expenses bill and we deduct tds and anthor side appoint 3 director and 7 office staff. in which 3 director are sitting full time .

if the contract employee are appointed through a man power agency where ESI/PF liabilities are met by contractor then no liability, otherwise you are principal employer and liable for same.
how ever if the same person is not continued in any 2nd month, then it would be considered as temp worker and would be excluded.
