As we have a very good structured salary structure, including Medical Allowance and Group Mediclaim policy to give medical benefit for both employees and their family.
In this situation, can the provision will be optional to our organisation.

Having good salary structure and group medicalim or other insurance to the employee or their families will not be considerd as an exemprtion criteria for ESI. If you meet the eligibility criteria for ESI, then you have to go for ESI registartion and follow its provisions.
