If an organisation is taking service from a contractor and that contractor is doing work outside the premises of that organisation then whether that organisation will deduct ESI Of that contractor or not? and clarify about section of this rule.

ESI department fixes to the liability on principal employer if the contractor does not pays the ESI contribution on the workers engaged in works on behalf of principal employer (does not matter inside or outside the workplace)
