is there any time limit for continuation of employment in order to get benefit of ESI for e.g if an employee covers a minimum period of 1 year in employment then he is eligible for ESI
If an establishment to whom ESI act is applicable then from day one from which employee joins organisation he is covered under ESI. To avail this benefit employee is required to show ID card issued by esis to respective hospitals.

There some limit for number of employees with power and without power. In that case each and every employee is to be registered under ESI Act and each employee willbe allotted one identificationnumber
