Hi, I have got a message in filing GSTR-3B of February return. "Something seems to have gone wrong while processing your request. Please try again. If error persists quote error number GSTN-EXEC1003 when you contact customer care for quick resolution." When i tracked my January GSTR-3B status "validated but not filed return, but it was filed and i got ARN number. So i would like to know, how to resolve this issue?

you have to submit return of previous month and most likely same ARN will be generated as generated earlier... submit current return after submission of previous month's return...
