Due to ignorance we have not filed ER7 for above said financial year. Recently we had a tax audit from exicise department. They have imposed Rs.25000 as penalty.
Is it right?

The maximum penalty can be imposed of Rs. 5000/- per return. He can imposed total of Rs. 10000/- for two return. you should consult with any professional.
