21 June 2018 Are Pensioners of EPFO issued with Form 16 / Salary Statement? What Name, address & PAN need to be mentioned in the ITR.

21 June 2018 Form 16 in whose name issued same name you have to mention name in itr, if EPFO issue Form 16 mention same in return.

22 June 2018 I have been informed that EPFO doesn't issue form 16 or provide Salary Statement. Also, the company from where the employee retired says they are not giving pension. they have transferred the amount to PF Organisation. So should I mention EPFO or the employee's Company name?
