Sec 36: Employees contribution to PF would not be allowed if payment made after due date.
Sec 43(B): Employers contribution to PF would be allowed as deduction if paid before due date of filing of IT Return and if it is paid subsequentely then it would be allowed in the year in which payment is made.

Yes Prakash is absolutely right. The employer contribution can be paid before the due date of filing the return to avoid disallowance or can be allowed in the year in which it will be paid. But the Employee contribution must have to be deposited with the department on or before due date otherwise the same will be disallowed
