In calucation of EPF Basic + Da =Basic salary is not exceed minim wage that type of transaction we have to consider the gross wage.please clarify it.

which person not crossed the minim wage limit that person EPF calculation we have to consider the minim wage

Ex : mr X Basic + DA =3950 , in the month of June"13 he is the semi skilled , minim wage is 4289.75 (Basic wage 2404 + DA 1885.75). EPF calculation 4289.75*12% or 3950*12% which calculation we have to taken .
please clarify me.
