29 January 2016 My friends has started LLP and now they want appoint the employees in their LLP like Manager, etc. What is the rule for EPF and taking the employees on payroll of LLP? when EPF rule shall applicable to LLP. Also the procedure for new appointment of employees and making payroll.

29 January 2016 Vide notification dated 22.08.2014 Ministry of Labour and Employment has increased Employee Provident Fund (EPF) Limit to Rs. 15000 from existing Rs. 6500 wef 01.09.2014. If Basic And DA exceeds Rs.15000/- it its optional for Employee and employer to deduct PF If your PF salary is above Rs 15,000 you can be exempt from PF only
