please provide me your valuable info.
my query is if a call centre business registered in india(pvt ltd) then when the epf and esi will b applied, as i know pf and esi is applicable if a co. is having 20 or more employees and getting below 15000 emoluments.

ESI & EPF ********* The ESI Act applies to non-seasonal factories or manufacturing units, shops & establishments, Private Medical & Educational Institutionsemploying 10 or more persons. Under the enabling provisions of the Act, a factory or establishment, located in a geographical area, notified for implementation of the scheme falls in the purview in the Act. Employees of the aforesaid categories of factories and establishments and drawing wages o upto Rs.15,000/- a month are entitled to health Insurance cover under the ESI Act. The wage ceiling for purpose of coverage is revised from time to time to keep pace with rising cost living and subsequent wage hikes. The present ceiling of Rs.15,000/- has been effective from 1.5.2010.
The Employees Provident Fund Organization (EPFO) has hiked the minimum salary limit to Rs. 15,000 from Rs. 6,500. The changed rules will be applicable from 1st September 2014.

Thank you sir for being ao helpful. And one more thing... So how to calculate epf and esi for both employer and employee cont. if an employee is getting salary of ₹20000pm and ₹12000 pm(in both circumstances) as i know pf rate is 12% for both and esi= employee:-1.75% and employer:- 4.75% please advice

if a pvt ltd co. having 20 or more employees and everyone is getting 30000 plus salary except peon .. then esi and epf is applicable or not is mandatory in this case..? please help
