26 August 2008 our organisation had taken EPCG Scheme in F.y. 2007-08 for import of capital goods. now we have completed our export obligation with 8 years. we had not done any export in F.Y. 2007-08. 1) what if we shall not complete our export obligation 2) there is any other way to earn foreign exchange.. if we are unable to do export within target period?

27 August 2008 If u fail to fulfill export obligation, then duty alongwith interest and penalty is payable.

Export obligation has to be completed in the entire period of 8 years and not yearwise.
