Dear sir, now i want to know that Bank Guarantee or LUT/BOND is mandatory for the epcg scheme ?
and if a person is not required to present bank guarantee because of exemption provided ( five crore export turnover) then is it mandatory for him to submit a LUT/BOND instead of Bank Guarantee ?

sir my query is that if it is not mandatory for a person (manufacturer exporter having export turnover five crore in the preceeding year) to submit bank guarantee for epcg scheme then it will be mandatory for that person to submit LUT/BOND for epcg authorisation ? am I right regarding this ?
