Epcg license redumption

26 November 2012 If we have obtained the license EPCG License on 2005 and DGFT has fixed our annual Export Obligation was 1 Cr. at Condition Sheet but in 2006-2007 Our Export was only 32 Lakhs so what we need to give the penalty or what we need to do in this case.
