if EPCG licence has lost in custom then ask CUSTOM to write a LETTER to DGFT ABOUT lost IT from custom and also mentioned that this licence could not Registered So far in this condition you will not liable to submit 1% fee on duty credit as per mentioned in licence.
on the basis of custom letter the concerned RJDGFT issue the EPCG LICENCE .
Noted that if custom does not write this letter then you will be submit fee & other documents which is below :
1. You may submit the affidavit as per Appendix 24 of the Handbook of procedures
2. Before going for affidavit, you have to file a complaint to the jurisdictional police station Obtain acknowledgement / FIR copy
3. affidavit printed on a stamp paper & Notorised it too You may go for Rs. 100 rupee stamp paper.
4. prepare a covering letter explaining the reasons for seeking duplicate copy of EPCG licence
5. Enclose, affidavit, ack. and the FIR copy
6. Follow up to get the duplicate EPCG copy
