29 December 2014 Refer to PARA 5.4 of foreign trade policy 2009-2014

import under epcg licence is subject to "Actual User Condition" IT IS NOT ALLOWED

SEE THE FOLLOWING CASE HELD IN DGFT COMMITTEE..

if you fulfilled the export obligation the admissible as per para 5.5 c of ftp.
