Epcg installation certificate

31 January 2012 Dear all,
can anybody tell me we are in EPCG scheme and we have get Installation certificate from Central Excise now we need to submit original this in JDGFT or copy for the same.
and which docs we will attached during submitting in JDGFT.

31 January 2012 In terms of Notification Nos. 44/2002 dated 19.04.2002 & 64/2008 dated 09.05.2008, the importer has to produce Installation Certificate duly signed by the Jurisdictional Central Excise Authority (if the importer is not registered with the Central Excise Authority, then by the Chartered Engineer) within the period of six months from the date of import clearance.

ORIGINAL SUBMIT either custom or in DGFT

31 January 2012 Installation certificate may also provide by the vendor ( refer to foreign policy )

31 January 2012 you will be submit original Installation Certificate not require submit any documents in concerned DGFT OFFICE.
