05 December 2008 Export Policy (Para 5.3.2) specifies that after installation of capital goods we need to inform the CEA about the same within six months.

What happens if the same is not filed within 6 months???
Any penalty clause??

its a mandatory, that CEA about the same within six months, if not DGFT would put penality.
