23 November 2012 Suppose Mr X, Bhopal Purchase goods from Gujarat and sale same goods to Mumbai

As goods entry into bhopal whether entry tax is liable or not as same sale to mumbai

Please advice me its ugrent

When goods are brought into a local area resale out side the state entry tax is not leviable.....MJK
