Entry of unsecured loan

I have received unsecured loan from the party in private limited Company via Cheque. Can I show the same party in sundry creditor rather than to show in list of unsecured loan provider..

26 March 2013 Strictly speaking you should show it as an Unsecured Loan.
However, i do not see any hindrance to show it as a sundry creditor either.
