24 February 2012 what difference between office expenses and office maintenance expenses. Have both same meaning? It is necessary to know me for accounting purposes.

Please advise.

27 February 2012 Office Expenses - are those incurred to further the process performed in office.
Like expenses on Paper,pins etc.

While,

Office Maintainance expenses are those which are incurred for some minor repairs done on office assets.

Yes, Its necessary for it will help you in proper clubbing of expenses
