what should be the entry for cash brought into the newly incorporated pvt ltd company

The first entry of cash received for a pvt ltd co is made by its pramoters etc , who want to purchase share of the company.so the entry will be as follows:
Cash A/c Dr
To Share Application Money a/c
(Being Share application money received)
