Whether deduction of Entertainment Allowance is allowable to an employee of a public sector Undertaking??

Yes , employees of state & central government are eligible for entertainment allowances . First it is included in salary and then deduction under section 16 (ii).
a) actual entertainment allowances received
b) 20% basic salary
c) 5000
whichever is less
