i wanted to know about CS course in detail.please help me to know about CS course and all the required things and trainigs to be completed to become A CHARTERED SECRETARY.

i needed to know what all trainigs and other requirements i have to complete in this course. i wanted a detailed structure regarding that from beginning of this course foundation till the completion of the course.

do i get an exemption in company accounts and cost n management acccounting in executive module? i am a graduate (b com) wid 70% marks with this subject in my second yr n third yr.
Executive Programme 1. General and commercial Laws - Candidate should have MA in Corporate Secretaryship with 50% or more marks OR degree in Law from a recognized University with 50% or more marks 2. Company Accounts, Cost and Management Accounting - Candidate should be MA in CS with 50% or more marks OR MBA , MCom/BCom with full paper in Cost accounting/ Management accounting with 50% or more marks OR Financial Management at MA Corporate Secretaryship with 50% or more marks OR ICWAI Final pass student 3.
