While registering a share transfer can the company use a rubber stamp for affixing it at the back of the share certificate (in place of the name of transferee) if the transferee is a company.

WHEN COMPANY TRANSFERING SHARE WHICH ARE RECEIVED WITH SHARE TRANSFER DEED then COMPANY HAS TO AFFIX ITS COMMAN SEAL ON BACK OF THE SHARE WITH ANY DIRECTOR WHO AUTHORISED TO ALL SUCH ACT IN RESOLUTION PASSED.
My query is can we affix a rubber stamp of the name of the transferee instead of writing the name of the transferee with pen or typewriting it, at the back of share certificate

IN PRACTICAL SENSE WRITE TRANSFEREE NAME WITH HELP OF PEN OR TYPEING IT. WITH ALL THESE DIRECTOR'S PRESENSE AND INITIAL SIGNATURE ARE NESSESORY
