Employer contribution towards cpf

10 February 2015 Whether employer contribution to cpf will be added to calculate gross salary & its deduction is allowed under 80C for a.y. 2015-16 and this deduction is to be included in 150000 limit of 80c or not

13 February 2015 Company contribution in CPF is not to be considered in 80c for employees. Only employee contribution is allowed to calaim under 80c.
