09 December 2014 Dear All,

My question is :-
If a guy working in a proprietorship concern (which is affiliated to US company) from past 2 years.
If proprietors suddenly take decision to move their business from india office to taiwan office & giving 1 month notice period to employee.

can employee ask compensation for that or any extra money from proprietor?????

10 December 2014 it depends on the agreement or appointment letter if nothing is mentioned abt the compensation then employees cant do anything.
