it depands on elgibility and experince of the said update knowledge skilled of current law, procedures, rules , circulars and notification of the empolyee and a huge grip upon the subject to able for consultant.

yes employer can take consultancy from employee no resctrictions

my case is that one employee who is architure taken salary as well as consultancy fee. is that right or wrong
