Can anyone tell me whether 44AD applies to business of giving cars on hire????
Section 44AD talks about eligible business. Can i file the return under this section rather than showing balance sheet and profit and loss account in ITR-4?

Definitely you can go for 44AD without filing the balance sheet and profit and loss account .
