Dear all Is it eligible to avail service tax credit for manufacturing unit on a bills received from (1)charter accountant for audit of books of account (2)ISO certification provider agency?

Yes,credit of both services is available.Both are eligible input services as per rule 2(l) of cenvat credit rules,then cenvat credit can be availed.As per my view chartered accountant service is one related to auditing,the same is eligible.The certification agency service is also necessary as it helps in quality control,again same is eligible input service.
