I have completed my IPCC level on Nov 11.I have started my articleship as on 30th of April 2012.I would like to know whether i will be eligible to appear for CA Final Exams as on Nov 14.

You can give exam in last six months of your articleship. hence in above case, your articleship will end on 30 Apr.2015. You can find out the same by seeing latest exam form whether you'll be considered eligible for nov14 exams or not.
