I have completed my IPCC level as on Nov 11.I want to know whether iwill be eligible to appear for CA Final Exams as on Nov 14.Please help me in this regard

yes, you will be eligible to give exams in Nov.14 , in case your articleship has started just after results of Nov 11. As one can give exams within last six months of articleship completion.
