24 April 2010 I'm Sakthivel, from Salem, Tamilnadu. Registered as intermediate student in 1995., not yet cleared any group on CA inter. What is the eligibility for me to appear in PE-II. How many attempts are there to appear in PE-II? Otherwise what is the possibility to me to pursue my course? Please help me.

As you havn't cleared any group it would be advisable to covert from PE-II to IPCC.
