while preparing monthly income statement, suppose electricity bill recd. for the period of 14.04.2011 to 13.05.2011 for Rs. 60000/-, how much amount should i consider while preparing MONTHLY INCOME STATEMENT ( of Company)- of April -2011

08 July 2011 According to me the bill amount will be divided by 365 days and multiplied with 27 days than the amount for April will come.
